So you didn't like one of the products you received and you'd like to return it? No worries. Please submit the following form below to request a return authorization and an associate from our Returns Department will get in contact with you by e-mail or telephone.
Eligible items may be returned only after an authorization has been granted to the customer. All returns without authorization will be denied. Fashion Joa will not accept any returns after 30 days. All merchandise must have never been worn or washed with label tags attached.
If you receive a defective item, it must be reported within 3 days of items received. If no report is made, no credit or return authorization will be accepted. If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise.
Fashion Joa does not accept any exchanges. Our products are on very high demand, therefore the merchandise you are seeking may be out of stock already. You can, however, request a return authorization and return your merchandise for store credit which can be used to make your future purchases if the item you seek is available once again.
A restocking fee will be issued immediately if any merchandise is returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a correct address is submitted with the order. No exceptions.
